I feel like I got a new life since the Cochlear Implant…Everyone who knows I had the surgery (and I haven’t told most people at work) tell me that prior to yesterday there was a huge improvement in my hearing. I may have said this already but I haven’t heard this well in 20 years. I knew you would do a great job and I am working hard to see it works…I will never forget the attention you gave me before and after the surgery. Your interest and dedication was/is greatly appreciated. You couldn’t treat a relative better than you looked out for me…
